V2WORK – 3RD TRAINING OF TRAINERS AT TAY NGUYEN UNIVERSITY
From January 13th to 16th, the 4th training of trainers were hosted by Tay Nguyen University.
This activitiy is part of the the V2WORK project “Strengthening the Vietnamese Higher Education System to improve graduates’ employability and entrepreneurship skills”, funded by European Commission (Erasmus+ Programme).
The training focused on the following topics:
- Soft skills and their importance
- Some models for teaching soft skills in European universities
- Internships: Understanding the purpose
- Determining the role in the triangle between university – student – company
- Different types of internship programmes
- Supervision of student during and after internships
- Assessment of employer after internships
The training addressed crucial and neccesary topics for univeristy in the context of constant changes of labour market, industry 4.0,… After the training, trainees are expected to deliver a seminar to replicate the acquired knowledge to faculties, centers and student affair related institution in their universities.
Participants of the training
