V2WORK – 1ST TRAINING OF TRAINERS AT NHA TRANG UNIVERSITY
From July 2nd to 4th, the “Engagement in employability: Building and leveraging partnership for success” training took place at Nha Trang University.
This activity is part of the V2WORK project “Strengthening the Vietnamese Higher Education System to improve graduates’ employability and entrepreneurship skills” funded by Erasmus+, European Commission.
The training addressed the following topics:
- To understand the importance of engaging with stakeholders
- To understand how the Career Centre can build and develop networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- To examine the possibilities of cooperation at national and international levels
After the training, the trainees are responsible to replicate the acquired knowledge in form of seminar or workshop at the internal level. This is also the first step in executing the work package no.4 and other work packages in V2WORK.

Attending the training were partner universities including University of Alicante (Spain), University of Coimbra (Portugal), and University of Sheffield (United Kingdom); University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Ho Chi Minh City (HCMUSSH), Thu Dau Mot University, Nha Trang University, Tay Nguyen University, Da Nang University, Industrial University of Vinh, Hanoi University of Technology, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and AIESEC.
Participants from University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Ho Chi Minh City includes Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Thi Phuong Lan – President of university, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam – Director of Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies, Ms. Ho Cam Nhung – Expert from Career Orientation and Human Resources Development, HCMUSSH.
