In the first pandemic phase, there were over 20.000 companies closed, while over 500.000 applicants looking for a job. The number of CVs sent to the TOPCV platform up to 6000 per day on average. Therefore, it showed that the job demand kept uprising all the time, in contrast, the company still couldn’t hire a suitable candidate for their vacancies.  This is a serious issue in the job market nowadays.
